SOURCES OF COMPENSATION

In the interest of full disclosure and in order to comply with various laws and regulations promulgated by certain governmental and regulatory agencies, Larry Mulcock, owner and manager of Affordable Legal Documents LLC, hereby discloses his potential sources of compensation that may arise over the course of your relationship with him and his affiliated companies.

“As a Certified Financial Planner and an owner of Senior Advisors LC, I provide financial, tax and estate planning services. If theses services are provided on a fee basis, the hourly rate is $125.00 per hour. I also may work on a project basis.

“Again, I am an owner and representative of Senior Advisors LC, a licensed Investment Advisor and a Commodities Trading Advisor. As an Investment Advisor Representative and/or Commodity Trading Advisor I may participate in the investment management fees for portfolio management service provided directly by Senior Advisors LC. I may also receive fees from outside investment advisors and/or various commodity related advisors with whom Senior Advisors LC has a strategic relationship. You may request the firm’s Investment Advisor brochures Form ADV Part II and/or the CTA Disclosure Document for more details.

“I may receive compensation as the owner of Affordable Legal Documents LLC which prepares legal documents at a discount.

“As a Registered Representative affiliated with Intermountain Financial Services, Inc., a registered NASD securities broker/dealer, SIPC, I may be compensated by fees and/or commission on certain securities products or transactions.

“If you purchase insurance policies or annuities, I may receive a commission as a licensed insurance agent authorized to distribute life, health, property and casualty, and business insurance.

“As a licensed Real Estate Principle Broker of Larry Mulcock Real Estate Associates I may receive compensation for real property transactions, management or consultation.”
