Our Founder
After transitioning into the financial service business, Mr. Mulcock continued to be active as a principal real estate broker and teaches real estate and CPA Continuing Education courses. He is a Certified Financial Planner and holds both insurance and securities licenses and is a partner in the registered investment advisor firm Senior Advisors LC.
Prior experience also includes opening and managing Fidelity Investments, a full-service discount brokerage operation in Salt Lake City, conducting estate and financial planning for the high net worth clients of Private Client Group of First Security Bank and Wells Fargo in Idaho and Oregon. As a Registered Principal, he managed the local office of Financial Network Investment Corporation, a national NASD broker/dealer.
In addition to his investment advisory, insurance and securities business, Mr. Mulcock started Affordable Legal Documents LLC providing affordable integrated estate and asset protection planning documents to middle and upper income clients and to the attorneys and accountants that service them.
Mr. Mulcock has presented over 300 seminars on various financial and investment topics. He has served as an officer in the Utah National Guard and has held other positions of leadership in the community. He has served on the Board of Utah Youth Village (assisting children in need) for many years. He is passionate about his grandchildren. Because of this, he is a champion of our national constitution and educating the public to perserve our national heritage.

Mr. Mulcock brings to this venture a unique blend of multiple disciplines. Following his graduation from the University of Utah with a Bachelors Degree in Finance and Management and a Masters in Business Administration, Mr. Mulcock began an intended career in real estate managing a 450 unit apartment complex followed by commercial property management and leasing, brokerage and exchanges, and small commercial developments. While completing his education, he worked as a construction loan officer for Richards Woodbury Mortgage Corporation and in the mortgage servicing department of First Security Bank.
