LETTER OF ENGAGEMENT

 

Dear Client(s),

 

Thank you for allowing Affordable Legal Documents LLC to assist you with the preparation of your documents.  You have instructed Affordable Legal Documents to prepare certain documents for you.

 

Affordable Legal Documents will prepare and email your “DRAFT” documents to you via your www.affordable-legal-documents.com Private Mail Box.  It is your responsibility to print and read these drafts thoroughly and note any changes, errors and/or questions you may have.  Feel free to make your notes right on the documents.

 

After we have answered your questions and made any necessary changes, we will send your “FINAL” documents to you via US Postal Service “Priority Mail.”  They will be contained in a binder which you have selected ready for execution (signing).  At the same time we will forward them for attorney review.

The price you pay is only a good-faith estimate and may vary based on the complexity of the documents and the time needed to consult with you i.e. gather the necessary information, understand your objectives, answer questions, and make your requested changes.  It may also take additional time if any special drafting is necessary.

 

If Affordable Legal Documents will be representing more than one party in this work, please review the Consent to Joint Representation.
