Citizenship?

If you are a US citizen (born or naturalized) and are also a citizen of any other countries, please list all those countries.

If you are a non-US citizen, foreign alien, etc., please explain your current US standing, such as “Green Card.”  Also, list all the countries of which you are still a citizen.

There are different rules that may apply to non-US citizens that require additional or different language in your Revocable Living Trust(s) and Will(s).

Also, we want to be aware if you own, or expect to own assets in non-US countries.
